Demolition and Debris Assessment and Removal
If you decided to opt-out of the USACE debris removal program and would like to proceed with rebuilding your property on your own, Ishtar can help you with the following:
Hire a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) to perform an asbestos survey to determine if the debris or remaining structures to be removed contain asbestos.
Prepare a cleanup plan
Hire asbestos abatement contractors

Ishtar can help you navigate federal, state, and local requirements associated with rebuilding your property. Whether you opted-in or out of the USACE (US Army Corps of Engineers) debris removal program, we are here to help explain your current and following options, and decide which route is better for your specific needs and resources.
Rebuilding Your Property
Once your property is cleaned and debris are removed, Ishtar can help you with the following:
Foundation(s) Assessment
Inspect the condition of foundation(s) (if any remaining) and prepare a structural assessment and determination report to reuse or remove the foundation(s).
Construction Documents
Prepare the proper construction documents (plans and specifications) based on local, state, and federal requirements.
Regulatory Permits
Obtain all necessary permits and approvals to start construction.
Construction and Hand-Off
Rebuild the property per the plans and specifications.
